Most digital learning gets completed once and forgotten. We build courses, workshops, and tutoring programmes that people return to — because they found something useful.
Fun Family Times Ltd was founded in 2020 by Stacey — the driving force behind Stacey Soft, a digital learning studio based in March, Cambridgeshire. A curriculum writer by trade, she had spent seven years producing e-learning for corporate clients. When schools closed that spring, she watched her own children sit through digital lessons designed for offices, not homes. Everything available was either a worksheet in disguise or a compliance module with a cartoon mascot dropped in at the last minute.
She stopped taking those briefs. Within eight months, the first Fun Family Times course launched. It had a waiting list by the third week — not from advertising, but from parents sharing it in WhatsApp groups. That reaction made the direction clear.
We work with families, schools, and organisations that want learning to stick. The Stacey Soft team brings together curriculum writers, instructional designers, and subject tutors — all committed to building things that are actually worth learning from. We don't work with businesses that treat e-learning as a compliance checkbox. Those projects produce completion rates, not capability.

What we offer
Six ways we can work together
Structured sessions for learners aged 5–18, delivered online by subject-specialist tutors. We match learners by learning style, not just subject. Sessions are 50 minutes, with progress notes sent within 24 hours. Subjects include maths, English, science, and digital literacy. Minimum booking of four sessions — because a single session rarely produces anything lasting.
Monthly access to the full Fun Family Times course library — STEM, English, creative writing, and digital literacy programmes built to be used together. Works on any device. New content each month. Up to four family accounts per subscription, with separate progress tracking for each learner. Cancel any time, no penalty.
Fully produced online courses for schools, charities, and independent educators. Every project includes learning design, scriptwriting, visual assets, interactive elements, and final delivery onto your LMS or ours. Turnaround is typically six to ten weeks depending on scope. We don't use generative AI to write course content — each script is researched and written by a specialist.
Custom digital training built for teams that need to actually learn something — not just pass a module. We research your specific context, design for your real learners, and build programmes with built-in analytics so you can see what gets used. Suitable for onboarding, substantive compliance training, and skills development. Hosted on your existing platform or ours.
Half-day and full-day workshops delivered online for schools, community groups, and corporate teams. Each workshop is designed as a standalone event or as part of a series. Topics range from digital literacy for parents to creative writing for young adults to presentation skills for remote teams. Maximum 24 participants per session to keep it useful.
Long-term programme design and delivery for schools building their own digital learning offer. Includes curriculum mapping, content creation, staff development, and ongoing review. We work with primary schools, secondaries, MATs, and independent academies. We take on four school partnerships per academic year. There is currently availability from September 2026.

We take on a limited number of new clients each quarter. Book a consultation to talk through what you're working on — no obligation, no sales script, just a conversation about whether we're the right fit.
Thank you — we'll be in touch within one working day.
